9555bdt Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Guide

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the 9555bdt platform (https://9555bdt.app). By registering, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

In this document, "we", "platform", or "9555bdt" refers to the operating entity. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual registered on the platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, payment, and support features available on 9555bdt.

To become a member of 9555bdt, all of the following conditions must be met. Failure to satisfy any one of them will prevent you from opening or using an account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age, and this must be true at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — false details will result in account termination.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same household, address, or device are not permitted.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where 9555bdt services are unavailable.

You must choose a strong password at registration. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited.

There are specific rules that must be followed when using a 9555bdt account. These rules exist to maintain platform security and ensure a fair experience for all members.

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to Support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be suspended pending review.
• It is the member's responsibility to update their contact details in account settings whenever they change.

9555bdt reserves the right to verify member accounts. Refusal to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

9555bdt offers a variety of bonuses and rewards. Each bonus carries its own conditions — please read them carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available only once, on your first deposit.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• All bonuses have an expiry period — they must generally be used within 7 to 30 days.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Weekly cashback can be withdrawn directly — no wagering requirements apply.
• Loyalty points can be withdrawn directly once converted to cash.

9555bdt reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected. This includes creating multiple accounts, fake referrals, arbitrage betting, and similar conduct.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 9555bdt. Our payment system is fully integrated with Bangladesh's mobile banking infrastructure.

• Minimum deposit ৳200. No service charge on deposits.
• Minimum withdrawal ৳500. No withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are strictly prohibited.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳10,000) may require additional verification during processing.
• Any suspicious transactions or attempted money laundering will result in immediate account closure.

9555bdt makes every effort to process withdrawals within 5 minutes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to the bank or mobile operator — in such cases, 9555bdt is not liable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9555bdt. Any violation may result in account closure and legal action.

• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.
• Using 9555bdt for money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Assisting minors in opening an account or playing games.

9555bdt believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial stress or addiction. That is why we support responsible gaming and provide tools to help members play safely.

• You can set a daily budget limit from your account settings.
• A cooling-off period can be activated for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• To request a permanent self-exclusion, please contact Support.
• If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, seek help immediately.

9555bdt regularly monitors members' gaming patterns. If unusual behavior is detected, we may reach out to the member directly and, where necessary, impose temporary restrictions.

9555bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the circumstances listed below. Members may also close their own account at any time.

• Terms Violation — Involvement in any prohibited activity.
• Submitting false information or forged documents during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request — by contacting Support.

If an account is closed legitimately, the main balance will be refunded excluding any bonuses. If closed due to a terms violation, the entire balance may be forfeited.

9555bdt follows a defined process for handling all disputes and complaints. Members are requested to contact support first whenever an issue arises.

• Step 1: Submit your complaint via live chat or email.
• Step 2: Our team will review your case within 48 hours.
• Step Three: A resolution will be issued based on input from both parties.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution, the matter may be referred to an independent third-party arbitration body.

In the event of a dispute over game results, server records shall serve as the definitive proof. Should any loss occur due to a technical fault, 9555bdt will make every reasonable effort to provide compensation.

9555bdt reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible before any changes take effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given prior to any major changes.
• Notices will be sent via email, SMS, or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.

International gaming law governs all legal matters relating to these Terms and Conditions. Where any provision conflicts with local laws and regulations of Bangladesh, local law shall take precedence.
